Vic: Total fire bans declared across three Vic districts
Victoria's Country Fire Authority has declared tomorrow a day of total fire ban inmuch of the state.
The ban covers the state's north-west, north-east and the central district, which includesMelbourne.
No fires may be lit in the open air from midnight tonight to midnight tomorrow in those areas.
The authority says residents should activate their fire plans.
